Last minute decision to grab Sunday dinner. Restaurant was quiet, so we cannot comment on what the usual atmosphere is like, but for us, at the end of a busy week, it was perfect. The staff are friendly, the service is good and the food was excellent....and hot!! Why other restaurants can't serve food hot, I do not know, but Galu had it spot on View all feedback.
What Mrs S M doesn't like about Galu Mediterranean Grill:
Hugely overbooked. Waiting more than an hour for our table which was reserved in advance. Table not cleared fast enough and food waited for for a very long time. Lamb ever so chewy. Soft drink ever so diluted. Not ideal. Some staff looked scruffy. They were pleasant but the overall experience not what was expected. View all feedback.
Food was great. Half way through the meal music was played loud.
Had a brilliant night out at Galu. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The cocktails are very nice too. Thanks Galu for a great night out again. Would recommend this restaurant for a great night out.
Superb atmosphere, staff friendly polite and efficient. Very attentive.First time here, recommended by a friend for my daughters hen do. Cannot fault this restaurant. Had a fun packed amazing evening. Cannot wait to go back.
Brilliant food, brilliant service, brilliant atmosphere
If you order the meze make sure you are hungry, or there are at least 6 of you. Its delicious though and reasonably priced.
