The service at the bar was prompt, and the happy hour specials for drinks and food are fantastic. I ordered the ribs and the chicken bucket of bones for the second time, and the food remains consistently great. The burgers are always spot on, and I particularly enjoy the whiskey-infused ones!

I've never given a 5 star rating for a chain restaurant, except for tonight. The 5 stars are for Stephanie, our waitress. She was friendly, pleasant, and very helpful. We had the half price special- full rack of ribs, fries, and coleslaw for $12.99! Yes, a full rack w those 2 sides. Stephanie made sure our drinks were filled and kept checking on us and her other tables. She's a rare asset and I'd hire her if I was in the business. I noticed the 2 star rating for this location, but maybe they've changed. The restaurant was clean, so was the restroom, there was a constant flow of customers, and the ribs were fall off the bone tender, plus they were half off. Great deal, great service- they earned 5 stars in my book.

The worst managed resturant I've ever been in. Not even sure a manager was on duty. The restaurant was not busy and the service was horrible. It was not the waitresses fault. She was doing the best she could with no help. Our waitress was under the next table cleaning up a spill with towels instead of a mop that the previous customer had already complained about and was never taken care of. Not sure why they seated another family at the same table knowing it wasn't cleaned. After looking around, the rest of the restaurant was just as dirty. We should have left but we decided to stay. I ordered a drink from the bar that never showed up after asking about it several times. I finally told her to forget it. While the food was ok I wouldn't go back. I think the parent company of Friday's seriously needs to look at how this restaurant is run.

We waited over 30 minutes for a table, even though we were told it would take 10 to 20 minutes. Once we were finally seated, we were ready to order, but it took more than 30 minutes for our appetizers to arrive. The wait for our main courses was even longer. If we hadn’t ordered appetizers, we might not have made it through the evening. Our total dining experience lasted from 7:15 to 9:15, which felt excessively long. We had to ask for drink refills and other service items, and there weren't many customers left when we were seated, so it's unclear what was causing such delays in the kitchen. They really should have been able to prepare the food faster to accommodate diners, but for some reason, this wasn’t happening. Our server did his best, but overall, it was not a good experience, especially with the kids complaining about being hungry while we waited for food.

This is definitely a two star restaurant and no more. The wait staff are good but cannot make up for the terrible food. The New York Strip was one of the worst I've ever had. No taste at all. Seared to give the appearance of being grilled with no grilled taste. Absolutely terrible.
