Had lunch for Dad's birthday...favorite new spot in Rehoboth. We sat with Zack at the bar and received excellent service. The Hawaiian Signature Martini was as tasty as it was beautiful (that big cube has an orchid blossom in it). Dad and I had the amazing Cobb salad...best either of us has had anywhere. We'll be back soon! View all feedback.
The food and atmosphere were fantastic, and I would highly recommend this place. Our server was amazing—he was like a blend of Matthew McConaughey and The Dude.
We celebrated Dad's birthday with lunch at our new favorite place in Rehoboth. We sat at the bar with Zack, who provided fantastic service. The Hawaiian Signature Martini was not only delicious but also visually stunning, especially with the orchid blossom in the large ice cube. Dad and I tried the incredible Cobb salad, which was the best we've ever had. We'll definitely be returning soon!
We visited for a midweek lunch and were warmly welcomed by a friendly host who quickly seated us. The restaurant had a surprisingly spacious feel, despite its narrow exterior. Our waiter promptly approached our table to greet us and take our orders. Our drinks—a draft beer and a Luau Mojito served in a coconut—arrived swiftly. For our main courses, we chose the All American burger and the Rainbow Poke Bowl. Both dishes were very fresh and cooked perfectly. Our only minor complaint was that the burger lacked a depth of flavor that would have elevated it; it didn’t have that layer of umami we were hoping for. We decided to order another round of drinks, adding another beer and an Orchid Express cocktail. Unfortunately, the cocktail fell short; the combination of gin and other ingredients didn’t blend well, resulting in a taste and aroma reminiscent of cheap perfume. Overall, Nalu is a great spot for couples or families looking to enjoy a drink or a meal.
We decided to celebrate our birthdays with dessert and asked for the waiter’s recommendation. I thought I heard something about Kahlua, but what we received was an ice cream cake that didn’t have any Kahlua flavor. When we inquired about it, the waiter informed us that it was a traditional Hawaiian dessert, so we're still unsure about what we ordered. It was extremely cold, and we couldn’t finish it either. Overall, the service was good.
The atmosphere is really awesome. They serve tasty pineapple drinks, and the portions of the food are generous and delicious. Plus, they were showing WWE RAW on the TVs, which I loved!
