Grub Grocery - REHOBOTH BEACH

This place is kind of like a mini Trader Joe's. It is the best place I have found in Rehoboth to buy a healthy lunch sandwich. However if you are vegetarian or vegan you will be disappointed. They use Boar's Head meats and most items seem to be freshly made. They have a fresh salad bar . They have a meatless hamburger, but the ingredients did not look too appealing to me. Everything is served on a baguette. They had a wide selection of juices including kumbacha. The groceries were pretty much standard fare with a few healthy things thrown in. My best advice is if you're on a super clean diet to bring your own food to Rehoboth, however if you're in a pinch for something I would go here.

This place is the bomb. I’ve been going here since they opened years ago. They have basic grocery items, but have moved toward more of a deli format more recently. The sandwiches are awesome. My favorites are the Boss Hog and the Bánh mì

We shared a roast beef sandwich during a long bike ride. It was really great. High quality roast beef and bread made this one of my favorites. Great drink selections and a really fun staff. I highly recommend this place.

Great food and service. The cashier was a very nice young man who helped us pick the perfect meal for my girlfriend and I. Unique store/deli layout. Great place to stop and grab a bite on the way too or from the beach!

Grub and grocery have awesome sandwiches. The grocery part has just what you need. We had breakfast and lunch almost every day here. The entire team are so nice and helpful. Love it.
