G Cask Kitchen - REHOBOTH BEACH

I ate here for the first time Saturday 8/19/17, and I loved it!!! The G Mule was awesome, so was the selection of good bourbons and tequilas. My fiancée and I started with the PEI Mussels and Crab Ceviche... both were incredible! The saffron flavor present in the mussels broth was to die for, had I not been at such a fine dining establishment, I might have drank the broth. I ordered a 8oz filet, it was seared to perfection and very tender, paired with a really nice tarragon flavored béarnaise sauce. The side truffle asiago frites, were the best fries I've ever had! And believe me, I can and do love to eat! My fiancée got the Mushroom pappardelle pasta, it was also really nice and balanced. The garlic cream sauce in her dish was really really good. The owner Karly G., and her team are on to something here. Be sure to check this place out!!! We sat outside and received great service. We were seated almost immediately on a Saturday I might add, which is rare for such a nice place in downtown Rehoboth. Good luck to the G Rehoboth team, keep up the great work! I look forward to dining there again real soon.

Somehow we missed the opening of G last summer ... glad we tried it tonight! We started with the watermelon/feta salad and the grilled Romaine salad both were delicious and unique. For entrees, we had crabcakes and the halibut dish. The crabcakes were chock full of crab and wonderful seasonings and served with a small peppery salad and mango to cut the heat a perfect combination. The halibut was perfectly cooked well seasoned, flaky, glistening, and served on a corn puree with fresh asparagus, Kudos to the chef and to Christina for her excellent service G is a great addition to the restaurant scene in Rehoboth!

We celebrated our anniversary here and can't wait to go back to try more from the menu! We had a really hard time picking, but ended up with the Sexy Salad, Buffalo Cauliflower, Chicken Tikka Masala, and Creole Shrimp Pasta. They also brought naan with an amazing spread. The service drinks were great and the food was delicious! Go check it out! We can't wait to return! Oh yeah...we also lucked out because it was buy one entree, get one half off night.

Celebrated a birthday at G and loved it! Both the service and the food were amazing. We started with the fresh guacamole (yum) and a couple of the hand-crafted cocktails (double yum) and it just got better from there. I had the scallops (which were seared to perfection along with some crisp vegetables) while my dinner mates enjoyed the salmon and the crab cakes. All of our entrees were beautifully presented and lick-the-plate tasty! I finished the evening with an espresso martini (another must have) while others at the table sipped after-dinner coffees. Just a wonderful experience. We'll definitely be back!

This restaurant was charming. The food was delicious, the wait staff wonderful and the hostess was so warm and welcoming. If you find your self in Rehoboth I highly recommend you stop in here. Food is absolutely wonderful!!
