If I could give a negative five-star rating, I would do that. I've ordered three times from this place and every time they messed up my order. Give the wrong product, abandoned food, etc. But I tried to go on there; the mistake made to think they could actually make their work right. Our staff was served promptly, and the food even stayed on the table while we wrapped up our meeting. Chick-fil-A in Rehoboth never disappoints!
The food was excellent and served quickly. The sauce was exceptional, and the staff were very friendly. I feel very confident in my review.
If I could give this place a negative five-star rating, I absolutely would. I've ordered from here three times, and each time they completely messed up my order. They sent the wrong items or left food out entirely. I tried reaching out to them, hoping they could rectify their mistakes. Today, when I called to voice my concerns, their response was to take it up with DoorDash since they handled the delivery. But why would DoorDash refund my money when Chick-fil-A is the one preparing the bag? The driver doesn’t make the order! I'm really fed up with this place. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere better to eat.
Chick-fil-A is the best fast food and staff great and service with a smile. Today I went around 1:15 and they were absolutely muded by the ride thru and Walkin. Immediately the waiting was more than I wanted, but they got us there as soon as possible and food was worth it and staff as friendly and apologetic. ?
