Additionally, it’s concerning to see employees coming to work while sick, especially in a food service environment. I overheard the manager on the phone saying, “I really need you. I’ll get you Imodium,” which raises serious health concerns. If the franchise owners want to maintain a high standard and a good reputation, they need to completely revamp this location. I've filed a formal complaint with corporate regarding the manager’s comments, as situations that jeopardize public health require immediate attention.
Manager is completely rude. I went with my dad and you could tell she doesn’t train the staff at all. She needs to retire and let someone young take over because she runs the place like a bad McDonald’s. I’ve heard others have seen her be rude to employees and I believe it after what I saw. She is consistently putting workers down and causing ghetto scenes in the store. Subway should be embarrassed.
I ordered a salad, and it was perfect! It was prepared just the way I like it—I couldn't have asked for anything better. The lady who made it had a bright smile and was really friendly!
During a pandemic, I noticed that the staff wasn't wearing masks or gloves, which was concerning. The service was rude, and my sandwich was overly salted and peppered. The cookies were incredibly hard, almost inedible. To top it all off, a driver in a 1997 Maxima was so in a hurry that they nearly rushed me out of the parking lot!
