The food was good and featured a barbecue sauce that had a flavor I couldn't identify. I gave it a shot but they wouldn't tell me the secret ingredient. I was told that people line up for the fried catfish. Boss Hogg is a nice oasis if you're traveling from Tuscaloosa to Mississippi.
