I waited a full 3 hours, even though the website stated a maximum delivery time of 1 hour 30 minutes. The worst part: I called the restaurant several times – each time I was put off, lied to, or simply taken for a ride. Sometimes they said the driver will be here soon, then just left – an hour later, there was still nothing. No apology, no goodwill, just excuses. In the end, the food arrived at 10:20 PM, although we had ordered at 7:18 PM. Since they couldn 't reach anyone by phone, we picked up our food from somewhere else. We didn 't accept the food. The young man from the pizzeria was even furious! Service 0, reliability 0, respect for customers 0. Anyone who 's hungry and seriously expecting a delivery service should steer clear of this place. That was my first and definitely my last time

We tried to cancel the order by phone, but despite... read more 7:18 PM Ordered, the delivery was supposed to arrive by 8:40 PM. At 9:50 PM, the order still hadn't arrived. We tried to cancel the order by phone, but despite trying several different calls, no one answered. We decided to get something to eat elsewhere. When the delivery was supposed to be made at 10:15 PM, we refused. Please note: We called three times during the entire time, and the driver was supposed to be either out or loading. When the driver arrived at 10:15 PM, he said everything was fresh. I don't want to doubt that. However, scheduling has to be right, even if families with children try to offer their children something to eat before bedtime. I hope this experience and also a learning effect for the pizzeria emerges. My suggestion would be that customers should receive a refund if there is a delay.

But the order was supposedly on its way. It 's now 10:30 p.m., and no one has answered the phone since 9:45 p.m. We are very disappointed!
