Service is fast, and staff r friendly and courteous!

I walked in and greeted the first employee, but received no response. I ordered a coffee from the kiosk and paid at the counter, thanking the second employee, b... read more I walked in and greeted the first employee, but received no response. I ordered a coffee from the kiosk and paid at the counter, thanking the second employee, but again, got no reaction. I stood patiently, waiting for my coffee to be prepared. After a few minutes, the third employee asked if I had an online order. I replied no, and when she asked what I ordered, she seemed annoyed. I pointed to the order number (#606) she was holding, and she snapped, “I asked what you ordered, not your order number.” I handed her my receipt, and she frowned while saying, “This is an online order.” Employee #3 then went over to grab my order and slammed it down on the counter. I said thank you, but once again, there was no response. Bottom line: The food and coffee are great, but the customer service is terrible. I won’t be returning to this inconvenient store and will instead take my business to Sheetz in Lewistown.
