After a few minutes, staff asked #3 if I had an online order. I said no. I was asked what I ordered, she seemed irritated. I pointed to the newspaper in her hand, order #606. She answered, I asked what you ordered, not you order number. I gave her my receipt and she betrayed me and said this is an online order. Staff #3 then went over and took my order and hit it on the counter, I said thank you. No answer. Bottom Line: Great food and coffee, terrible customer service. I'm sorry to visit your Inconvenience Store. I'll give all my business to Sheetz in Lewistown.
