Mcdonald's - Reeds Spring

The lady in the drive thru window had a horrible attitude. She tried to hurry us thru our order- although there was no one behind ua on line. She was very short and didn't turn off her headset so we heard her complaining about us.

I ordered 8 sausage biscuits and a small coffee. I was there all together 45 minutes. I went through the drive thru and they had me pull up. I sat for like 20 minutes and decided to back up to the window and at least get my cream and sugar for my coffee. They still didn't give it to me. So I pulled around to the other window and complained. She had an attitude. Went to get cream and sugar. Forgot sugar. They told me to pull up again. I did not get enough napkins. A couple packs of jelly. The did was cold and hard. Worst Mc Donald's I ever been too. Very disappointed.

Food was cold burgers were overdone and there frappe was straight up liquid no freeze to it at all. Need to get new people or shut down

We have been coming here for yrs and the service is going down hill. Burritos were hard on ends

SLOWEST , RUDENESS, SERVICE ! NEVER !NEVER ENOUGH HELP ! KID WORKING COUNTER NO NAME TAG ! KEPT USING CUSS WORDS ! HE WAS ANGRY, BECAUSE THEY ONLY HAD 2 PEOPLE! FOOD SAT IN WARMER BUT, DRIVE THRU WAS MORE IMPORTANT THAN CUSTOMERS INSIDE ! STUFF PUT IN SACK , INDOOR SERVICE ! NO CONDIMENTS ASKED TWICE FOR SALT ! NO RESPONSE , THEN GOT MY OWN! MGR COMPLAIMEND BECAUSE I GOT MY OWN ! I WAS LATE BECAUSE DOORS STILL LOCKED EVEN THO IT WAS PAST 5AM ! 4 PEOPLE WALKED OUT , BLACK FRIDAY CROWD WANTING FAST SERVICE TO GO ON WITH THEIR SHOPPING ! CORPORATE DOESN'T CARE !2022 Little Better? Still, Don't Listen had to have Refund to fix it !3rd Review ,Came in Middle of the Day , Didn't Buy Food just Frappe and Coke ! Wait and counter was Some Faster and Frappe was Not called by Number was told to Counter Person here's Your Frappe ! Still not a Friendly Place To Go to ,Glad don't have to Deal with this one Daily Basis !Nov.2022 Staff better but, Food still isn't worth the money, hard as Rocks Biscuits and Grease needs changed Hash Brown's were not Good !2023 Remodel Done ! No One Answers the counter ! Stood 10 minutes before I could get attention to Get Food Ordered ! Kiosks and Go Orders More important !2023 Still the Slowest Rudest Service, Had to wait till others in Front of Me got there Food, before I got mine Even tho it was Sitting waiting?2024 Still slow Service, Soda machine was finally working this time ? But, Wasn't the Best Coke I have had ! Glad I only come once in awhile? Drive Thru and online More important?
