Drive thru order. Long wait, don't care, rude attitude from staff. Blamed everything on being busy. THEN...the order was wrong and I paid for something I didn't get. Things happen, if they would have just been pleasant, I wouldn't be writing this review.
Pay cash if you can, employees with bad attitude act like their forced to work here. By chance there was multiple fraudulent charges on my card 5 minutes after leaving this place. Someone clearly card skimming and the only response I got from managerwas she would look into it.
The first time in this place. The food was good, the service was fast. I just didn't find funny that the guy who took my order on the drive tried to be a clown with someone, I think he forgot to turn off his microphone and I could hear when he dressed me. I speak English with an accent as it is my second language. The lady at the window where I paid and took up the food was nice.
This is my go-to fast food spot. No McDonald's, Carl's Jr., or Jack in the Box for me... We didn't arrive at the best time (around 5:30), so there was a long wait. They do have an app, though, so if you're near the pickup time, you can order ahead and collect your food in-store. The staff was very polite and even provided sauces for the fries. The atmosphere was great, and the food was delicious. We fed five people for just $35 (three combos and two additional items) — AMAZING PRICES!
