Excellent service and food but just as important (to me at least) is that the restaurant was spotless. Cleanest place I've been to eat in a long time. Another little observation is that in the women's restroom, they had actual quilted toilet paper, unlike other restaurants who use thin, sandpaper like toilet paper. Not a huge deal, but I noticed it! If we're in Reedley again, we'll absolutely come back to Mainstreet Cafe!
