The day after my mobile home burned down, I went out for lunch to meet with the Red Cross. When the staff found out what happened, they insisted on treating me to my munchkin pizza and even gave me a gift certificate! I want to express my gratitude to everyone at Reed City Pompeii for their kindness. They were all incredibly nice, and the food was delicious! View all feedback.

There's no reason why my delivery should take an hour, especially since I live nearby. I have a limited lunch break, and to make matters worse, the food I received was cold. The prices are a bit high for such poor service. My brother had a similar experience; the owner carelessly tossed his pizza on the counter and threw his change at him without saying a word. If I had been in his position, I would have asked for a... View all feedback.
I known this place since it first opened. I seen many faces of employees come and go The prices are average compared to other pizza places and their food's good. I love their crust and sauce. They were polite and provide decent service. They do their best with limited employees. In my observation, the place needs to be remodeled/upgraded.
Past 4 times of choosing my local reed city Pompeii 's I have had complications with simple orders. the time i dined in it was dirty, tables were full of crumbs trash can was over flowing, and the girl was just standing at the counter......there was only two customers in the building she could have been wiping something down, another complication i had was brown slimy lettuce on my sandwich when i had said something they claimed it was always like that. not the pompeiis i remember......no i dont ever recall brown slimy lettuce on a sub......because if so i would never order it again. my most recent issue, i had ordered a it took like 40-45 minutes, my salad was all wrong, when we had called to explain to them that the salad was wrong the girl answering the phone said what do you want me to do about it??? with an attitude. personally id like the salad that i paid for the way i wanted it.... its not like i am asking you to cut off your own limb....just wanted my salad that is it. i called to talk to an assistant manager this person apparently isn 't allowed to take complaints and all this person could do was chuckle after everything i said like i am some sort of comedian...so recently after these 4 times of error, poor customer service, and the one time cleanliness issue. i have decided if i want pizza i will go to pizza hut and if i want a sub i will go to sub way.
The first and last time eating here order 2 subparts. a chicken club, the other, a French bath. the frencoes dipped the bark as if it came from a Carl Buddha pack and was dried from the open face through the many. I don't think it's a good thing, probably the worst French dips I've ever had.
I know this place when he first opened. I saw many faces coming with workers and going the prices are averaged in comparison to other pizza places and their eating is good. I love their chest and sauce. they were polite and provide decent service. they do their best with limited employees. in my observation, the site must be rebuilt/re-equipped.
The pizza is pretty good. The prices are a little high. I have not had any orders messed up. The last time I was in was on a Sunday in Feb. of 2014. The tables were beyond dirty. They were filthy! Leftover food, garbage, empty pizza pans with crusts on them, dirty, used plates... There was one, ONE small, two person table that was decent enough to sit and converse with my friend. There were very few people in the restaurant. It was not busy at all. I was appalled. I am kind of dreading going back this coming Sunday, as this is where I have to go for a board meeting...
