While the gentlemen who took my order, read it back perfectly, the order was wrong. There was supposed to be no strawberries in my drinks from a past experience at this store where my drink contained moldy strawberries. The drinks I got had multiple pieces of strawberries that had maybe been dumped out but not rinsed the cup out. I dug them out while waiting for my daughters bagel. Tried to return Christmas gift my wife didn't like. Was told told only store credit. Nothing like that mentioned on any of my receipts. Worker said take it or leave it. Corporate policy. Should be a warning when you purchase.I had all the receipts. Original and gift. Unfortunate that corporate makes these rules, never tells consumers, then poor customer service agent has to take responsibility. Also no. Service animals allowed in store. When did that start?
Best Starbucks EVER!!! Always on time, my order is never messed up and shout out to Vee for always getting my order right.
As of December 2023, their new staff is some of the slowest baristas I have ever experienced in my entire life and I go to Starbucks usually 3 days a week. The wait times are 30+ minutes, unbearable, and meanwhile there’s no parking outside so the entire driveway is blocked. Very disappointed in their service, so slow and not kind.
This is the slowest Starbucks I've ever visited. On the weekdays it's swamped with local high schoolers, and on weekends they are just painfully inefficient. Either way, expect at least 30 minutes for your drink to be prepared.
Completely idiotic management here. I bought a latte on the app but asked to break a $20 bill to leave a tip in cash and give my son some cash for lunch. Cutt8ng me off mid-explanation, the manager told me No because they can 't open the drawer for everyone that comes in here. Pointing out that I was a paying customer didn 't matter. I had to get credit for my payment on the app, which took way too long as I had to tell her every detail of my order, which makes no sense because she should have been able to look it up, and then pay in cash if I wanted to get change. Just the credit, thank you.
