Im a regular and tonight's drive through was disappointing. I ordered the new BFC angus burger... and when I got it... they forgot the angus. I realize this when I get home. Im not going to drive back to complain... my time is worth more than that. I know we usually check if we have everything... straws, drinks, fries, etc... but now I have to check if the meat is in the burger? Ridiculous! Update 3/4/2020 went back... View all feedback.
This restaurant provides outstanding service and delicious food. It's one of my top picks in town. The meals and drinks are served promptly, and the prices are quite affordable. I definitely recommend it!
Update (03/04/2020): I visited Carl's Jr. again and had a conversation with Sharon, the supervisor. She resolved the issue by giving me the BFC Angus Thick Burger for free. It was really tasty with the beef. Thank you, Sharon, for taking care of a customer!
The bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast burrito was absolutely delicious! Unfortunately, the service this morning did not meet expectations.
I adore this restaurant! They prepare high class food, their menu is nice, The chef in that restaurant is a specialist, I enjoy very much tasting all their food. The dishes are consistently good, the service towards the guests is good. I visit often this restaurant and I not even once was disappointed. I recommend this place.
