Bubble Waffle - Redondo Beach

They were delicious—light and fluffy! My son, who is quite picky, loved them! Definitely give them a try; you won't regret it!

This restaurant was an unexpected gem. It appears to operate under a different name, which translates to "French Touch." I’m not sure if they’ve officially changed names, but regardless, the place is delightfully surprising. We ordered the bubble waffle topped with cookie dough ice cream, caramel, blueberries, and marshmallows. It sounds overly sweet, but it wasn't too overwhelming. The warm and crispy bubble waffle brought all the flavors together perfectly. We also tried a mango smoothie, which was refreshing. Finally, we indulged in the chocolate brewing scrap, which made for a fantastic dessert spot in the mall!

The chocolate waffle with Oreo ice cream was so delicious that I forgot to take a picture! However, the employee at the counter was not very knowledgeable, which affected my overall experience.

I like how the waffel is made fresh and it is not extremely sweet. the combination of taste is really good: the waffel, ice and fruits complicate very well and finally the participant/owner/girl is also very sweet.

Unfortunately place was closed when it showed open on google maps and yelp. This is very frustrating as I went out of my way to get there and when I arrived it was closed.
