I 'm a WA transplant from Memphis, TN, where we held annual BBQ cooking contests in May. So I have really high standards for BBQ. A Google search returned this place and I was skeptical. read moreThe owner is cool and one of the most creative chefs you'll find anywhere. He's actually kind of a creative genius in that which he does.
Make sure and go in for ribs on the last friday of each month!
