From homemade tortillas and salsas to delicious steak, carnitas, and chicken, it's all top-notch. The staff is passionate about their food and it definitely shows. Located next to tresorhahn, this food truck offers chips and salsa (make sure to add cheese), zucchini frits (without cheese or Poblano sauce) in half or full sizes that can feed 2-3 or 4 people. They also serve vegan Thai-style veggie tacos, which are generously sized and incredibly tasty! View all feedback.
Seriously the best tacos I've ever eaten!!! Anyone who knows me knows how picky I am about tacos and I can't say enough about how great these tacos were!! From the homemade tortillas to the salsas and pickled onions, everything was perfection!! Friendly and professional staff. If you are looking to cater your next event I highly recommend Westside Tacos!!!
So, I stopped in to the Taco Co in Redmond today. I went with my classic choice, carnitas, but the guys inside suggested I diversify a bit. I thought, what could a little chicken mole hurt? And the guys suggested I get a brisket too. I 'm gonna say it: greatest tacos ever. Super good meats with lots of flavor in the sauces and toppings. Like crazy good. Maybe it was a delusion caused by two weeks in the woods, but maybe they were just that good. The guys had a great and personable attitude and we had a chance to swap a few travel stories. Awesome set up. If you 're around Redmond, stop and get them eats.
Yesterday (Sunday 12/06/15) in La Habra I attended a celebration of Stuart S. life who passed away prematurely. Westside Taco Co. Catered the event. The couple was very friendly, very informative about how they prepare/make the food and salsas. I've had some good tacos and o.k. tacos from other businesses like theirs but theres one thing Westside Taco Co has that blows the others away. That is the variety of flavors in their tacos and salsas. You can really taste the freshness and flavor in their food in every bite. I don't really mess with habanero salsa but their mango, pineapple and habanero salsa was so perfect. I never had habanero like that, great combination. Thank you both for the great tacos loaded with awesome flavor.
Seen friends raving about these tacos so my husband and I had to give it a try. The poor owner was juggling training, cooking and cash handling. Due to the wait she gave our order to us for free and walked our food to the pick up.. All I can say is hands down the BEST tacos we've ever had!!! Customer service was beyond great! We will be coming back and telling everyone we know about this place.
Hands down the best tacos I've ever had in my life! The owner/head chef is awesome, friendly, and willing to share recipes! Love love love it! We come a couple of times a week at least.
