Tried to eat in or take out and she said we could but with a horrible mean attitude, she glared at us...made us feel like we were ruining her day. Ended up having a nice dinner and great service next door.

She always made my coffee just right and was always on time if not a little early letting me in the door. Now I can?t get a good cup of coffee here since she left let alone the fact they don?t open until noon. Used to have good food too but now it?s just frozen everything, frozen deserts, pizza, wings?. It?s all frozen and cooked 90% of the time incorrectly. I am I staff member at Eagle Crest and she was the o let one who?d give me the discount they say they offer and she always made a point to call me by name, much better and very personable.
