Tried to eat in or take out and she said we could but with a horrible mean attitude, she glared at us...made us feel like we were ruining her day. Ended up having a nice dinner and great service next door.

She always made my coffee perfectly and was consistently punctual, often letting me in a bit early. Since she left, I haven't been able to get a decent cup of coffee here, plus they now don’t open until noon. The food used to be good, but now everything seems to come from the freezer—desserts, pizza, wings... you name it, and it's often cooked poorly. As a staff member at Eagle Crest, I can say she was the only one who honored the discount they claim to provide. She always remembered my name and was so much more personable.

However, its operating hours are somewhat restricted, likely due to staffing challenges, as it opens at noon and remains closed all day on Sundays. The menu features a diverse range of pub fare and includes a nice selection of beers. Our group tried several pizzas, including some with cauliflower crust, and found them quite delicious. The french fries were especially crispy. While the service was a bit slow due to the staff shortage, it was not a significant issue for us.
