Previously, they used Silk almond milk, which didn't have this problem, but the new almond milk causes the separation. Nonetheless, the drink is still quite enjoyable.

The employee is busy scooping boba, managing the register, and labeli... read more The wait time is quite lengthy, and the staff seems to be overwhelmed with multiple tasks. The employee is busy scooping boba, managing the register, and labeling cups all at once. Customers are left waiting for a considerable amount of time just to place their orders. Clearly, there aren't enough staff members, and the service needs improvement.

Somehow everyone working still manages to keep their cool get those drinks out in good time and keep a smile on their faces. When you first walk in the setting is very lively and welcoming. Their taste in music has a little something for everyone. If you aren't a tea drinker yet, have one of their teas and you'll be sure to become one!
