The pho is delicious and in the one time they gave me the wrong pho for online order, they made me a brand new one and let me keep the old one.

They advertise they close at 10:00 pm. The open sign was lit. We walked in before 9:30. The girl said they were closed. I said but you advertise you close at 10:00. She had no answer and just looked at me. She knew she was lying and just didn't want to serve us so they could go home early.

Recently, I went in for a takeout lunch order, and I am so pleased with the to-go containers they provide! I’ve been to many a restaurant for takeout and the containers they give you are a joke. The presentation of my to-go order impressed me here. While some others don’t care about those things, I notice them. It shows their care for the customer. Well done!

First impression upon entering was that the host was hassled to see us. The restaurant was mostly empty, with only one more table occupied. Wewere told to take a seat anywhere. The menu barcode on the table was covered with the table items so we didn?t realize therewas one until being attended to some minutes later. The menu that pulled up from the barcode was for online ordering supportedby a third party vendor, so it didn?t have any item descriptions. I asked the server what is included in the lunch specials onthe online order menu, and he stated ?it?s just lettuce, there?s nothing special?. Okay. I exited the online menu and pulled uptheir website instead. Their website doesn?t have a menu for the Barton location (hyperlink doesn?t work), so I looked up theirMountain Grove menu and that one did have descriptions of items. We ordered #120-Panfried soft noodles with chicken. And PadSew Ew with beef. Both items are described as pan-fried. But both items were basically boiled meat and noodles swimming in runnysauce and steamed vegetables. There is no wok-wonder going on here. The soft noodles with chicken was especially horrendous,because the sauce was sickly sweet. It also did not taste Vietnamese cuisine as they had used Chinese white pepper in greatproportion, from what I could taste. I could also tell the chicken was just boiled in water. The one star in this review is forthe gentle lady from the kitchen crew serving the dishes. She placed the plateful of food on our table with love and a kindsmile. ????
