These three are outstanding. They provide excellent customer service and make sure your tacos, plates, and bowls are just right.

It was honestly the worst experience I've... read more It's 10:40 in the morning, and it's just me and my partner when the manager decides to take his frustration out on me. It was honestly the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant. I never thought I would encounter a "Karen" in the form of a manager. He yelled at me, insisting that I was too "f***ing slow." As someone who is naturally sensitive, I couldn't help but feel emotional in that moment. Meanwhile, other staff members were staring at us in disbelief. I'm not sure what his issue was, but I sincerely hope he's okay. I will never return to this place again.

I had been given a... read more Shout out specifically to Erwin. Hoping I spelled his name right. I came into Chipotle to get lunch for my son, cause we had nothing at home. I had been given a gift card so I thought that I would use it, however the gift card was failing to work. Erwin went out of his way to pay for our lunch for my son and I. He was kind, compassionate, brought tears to my eyes for his generous heart and kind smile. I didn’t know what I was going to do to get food for my son, without Erwin I don’t know how I would have gotten food for my boy. Thank you so much sir. God bless you.
