Diners at the restaurant experienced a range of service levels, from long wait times to excellent service. Despite some mishaps with reservations and slow service, the food was consistently delicious and the ambiance was lovely. Some diners had very positive experiences with attentive servers and fantastic food options, while others found the service lacking but were ultimately satisfied with the quality of the food. Overall, the restaurant seems to offer a great dining experience with potential for improvement in service.

The wine was great, the food was so oil focused. The service felt rushed. I have been here twice now and will not be coming back anytime soon. There are too many other places that have better food and service.
Made 815pm reservations and was sat down at 810pm. No one came by to take for 20+ minutes. When someone finally did come by she said that the kitchen was closing in 5 minutes so we had to order everything at once. Super rude server, very unprofessional. Fortunately the food was good.
The ahi tuna tartare was exactly how it is always! wonderful. because we can not bear to share it, we each get our own. This time for our anniversary we splurged on the filet mignon carpaccio as well, which was delicious, but still incomparable to our tuna. The dessert, the Lemon Meyer Creme Brulé and the cappuccino, saved us, as the Brule was perfectly refined and a lovely dessert to split. The chocolate lava cake was FORTUNATLY not available as I would have done terrible terrible things. All in all it was a delightful meal, most deserving of our 40th anniversary celebration.
Caprice is a very reliable restaurant that has become our number one go-to in Redlands! The food is terrific, and I noticed that after we dine there, I always feel well. There is no compromise in the nutrition received! We did have a problem on this particular visit with one item, but our server rectified it immediately and took very good care of us. We will definitely be back.
