Hungry Jack's - REDLAND BAY

Visited one night for dinner...much worse than Macdonalds...food was cold, greasy and inedible...would never go back..

No one serving at counter for the 4 minutes we initially waited. The Assistant Manager was outside talking to some people. No milk shakes available. 3 customer orders incorrect with customers returning for correction.

Totally agree with most of the other comments re this particular HJ's. It is our local one but we have stopped going there due to constantly not being given what you ordered, meals are luke warm at best and icecream machine is constantly unavailable due to either cleaning or repairs (seemingly no matter what time of day/night you go or day of the week). Sad - we love HJ's when it's good. The store is not always overly clean and don't go near their toilets - they're smelly and unclean. I agree with someone who said the training at HJ's is not on par with McD's re customer service etc.

We have been here a few times and have been disappointed everytime. Although we haven't been there in a while due to terrible customer service and food to match, tonight we took a chance. After ordering our meals, when I went to pay for it I asked if I could add a burger to the order and was told NO. They were apparently to busy. When I questioned "your to busy to take an order?" (Looking at the other staff and saw 1 wondering around and the other 2 talking) I was informed "Yes we have other people to serve". I should have just left but u you now how it is when you can't be bothered with dinner. I was handed my drinks but with only 1 straw. When I asked for another the response was "WHY?" I then kindly responded "because I ordered 2 drinks and you only gave me 1 straw" this is when I received the lovely response off the roll of the eyes. And yet again the food was TERIBLE!

Well what can I say , Hungry Jacks at Alexandra hills is forever saying there thick shake machine is not working or there ice cream machine. I ordered a coffee once and took a sip only to find out that the milk was off. When you order a meal I will always check it as 99% of the time something is missing.
