I ordered two hand-packed 24 oz containers of Daiquiri Ice ice cream from Door Dash. What I received was Vanilla and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. Not happy. Therefore, I drove to the store to return them. I was told that the driver was told they didn?t have Daiquiri Ice available. Our server was fantastic. He kept us laughing and helped make our wait enjoyable. Everything we tried was delicious. However, it seemed like they were either low on waffle bowls or completely out of them.
This place was running low on almost everything! Ordering was a challenge, and the drive-thru speaker made it hard to hear the employee, and vice versa. I don't understand how an ice cream shop can run out of so many basic items. No strawberries, no bananas, no soft serve, no cones, and more! The items we eventually received were good, but it was still frustrating.
