Young man at the register has zero patience. I was ordering and had to wait to get to the register because the overhead menu didn't have the ingredients listed. Never go there again unless this heavy white lady leaves. I literally wonder if this other girl was there when she had ice water and the dame interrupted and was like “we have water bottles” but I didn’t want one. so then she is like “what do u want” and I ask if I can get water from the well I didn’t know that they didn’t have, and she was so angry and was like “they look like it says it’s water on the well drinks” and she turned around and began shaking her head. prawan please stop no one wants u there with this ugly attitude u got . smh u must really get a real job. I am so tired of people with attitudes if u don't want to work there, then they really don't leave it so hard. (the other girl was very nice tho,i think she had highlighted brown hair.)also eating was terrible lol. and I really wanted to say something to this lady, but I didn't feel like starting with her. (meant to rate 0 stars, but I can't post unless I leave 1 star)
*I edit my original review from five years ago from 3 stars to 1 star.* I often go to this place so often that the manager knows my usual order; three sub-parts, three sides and all individual details for everything. last Sunday, one of my sub-parts was made wrong, so I called them back and restored it. that wasn't the first time this happened. but I understand that people make mistakes, so it wasn't a big thing. but the manager gave me a job on the phone and then more of a posture as soon as I got there. that's a big thing. this is also not the first time that he does not make a posture for them my order right. that's much bigger. a huge one, and all this ended in a quite loud argument. I have restored my eating from one of the other workers, but all was a terrible sight. long history, less long: I am not back.
The customer service at this restaurant was very poor. The woman at the cashier was Caucasian, overweight, and seemed overwhelmed and rushed. The place was crowded with 3 people waiting for their food and 3 people waiting in line. I was second in line, but she took the order of the person who was fourth and then went to the back. When she returned, she took their order before mine. When I tried to speak up, she asked me to wait 20 seconds. I tried to quickly place my order, but then she told me to slow down. I tried to remain calm, but she became agitated and eventually yelled at me. I decided to leave and as I did, she told me to order slower next time. I will not be returning until management changes. I did notice a new African American girl working at the grill who was very polite and efficient. They should promote her and replace the rude and overwhelmed cashier.
Order was all wrong and it wasn't even busy asking extra sauce and getting no at all

Will never be back, to bad because I work right across the street. So tired of rude people and refuse to spend my money when treated this way. To many other businesses on Telegraph.
