The black garlic tonkotsu ramen (4.5/5) was very delicious! Portion was generous and very flavoursome but not over powering/oily/thick. Definitely would come back for it! <br/ My friend had the pork Shoyu (3/5) which on the first few bites were nice but began to be overwhelming salty. <br/ Gyoza was standard, nothing too special, but quite pricey for a small portion (3/5) <br/ <br/ The service was lacking. We were greeted at the entrance by a very rude and dismissive staff. <br/ The seating area is also very limited, where the four of us were placed on the benches making it very difficult for a conversation.
One of the best ramen spots in Sydney! Here we have the Pork Tonkotsu ramen with chilli black garlic
This place is crazy busy but worth the wait. The broth is creamy but not fatty. The meat is so tender and yummy, even the egg and bamboo shoots are nicely cooked. The gyoza is delicious. The staff are friendly and polite. Will definitely come back
With the cold weather creeping up on us in Sydney, ramen is the perfect winter warmer! It literally makes you feel like this emoji:
The staff were very friendly, and I enjoyed the vegan miso ramen with extra noodles. The broth was rich and velvety, while the noodles had a nice chewy texture that complemented the soup perfectly. I appreciated the vegetarian toppings as well. I opted for the extra noodles simply because I wanted more!
