The food at this fish and chip shop is some of the best I have had. The staff is very busy and hardworking, so there may be a wait because it is quite popular, but it is definitely worth it. The fish and chips are of high quality, the scampi is amazing, and they also serve fantastic fried battered halloumi.
The flavors at this restaurant are fantastic as always, but it seems like the portion of fish is decreasing with each visit.
The food was tasty, the service was excellent with polite and respectful staff. The atmosphere is good overall, although some things are a bit rundown. It's still an amazing experience.
First time ever had Winyates Chippy and won’t be the last … everyone’s food was tasty and NOT greasy.. finally found a decent chippy
7.10 in the evening. No doner meat. Don't know what time they ran out but with nearly 2 hours until they are scheduled to close. Staff don't seem to want to sell anymore.
