Tea Stop - Redding

I absolutely love this restaurant! The atmosphere is fantastic, making it a really nice place to visit. I really enjoy the variety of slushes they offer, especially with the popping boba. And the Hawaiian-style egg dish is amazing!

My kids finally received the t-shirt that their friends always rave about. They absolutely loved it!

The staff is incredibly sweet. The woman who assisted me was very kind, even though I changed a few things about my order. I will definitely come back again.

Was super excited to try this place, I was visiting from the state and that is where my friend likes to go! I work in the customer service and understand if it can be annoying if people get right when they open, but my friend and I had taken our lunch and wanted to take boba home. the girl worked, had her airpods in and was on the phone all the time when my friend and I were there. they did not finish their call to take our order, and we had to ask them to turn the television to see the menu. we had to wait a little longer because the boba wasn't done yet, which was good, but she went on to have a very inappropriate conversation with who she was on the phone, with a lot of curse loud enough for us to hear everything she said. overall the tee was great, but the customer service was heavy, unprofessional and unpleasant.
