I gave 3 stars for service because Subway typically greets customers upon entry, and that didn't happen this time.

However, this time, I had a roaste... read more I was surprised by how much Subway has declined over the past few years, especially with employee attitudes and food quality. However, this time, I had a roasted chicken breast sandwich and my boyfriend had a hot pastrami, and both were excellent. The staff—a woman and two young men—were incredibly friendly, with one employee standing out in particular. His positive attitude and excellent service really showed that fast food restaurants can have a great reputation. He did an outstanding job.

The staff were friendly and even let me charge my phone while I ate, which was a big help since I was traveling from Central Valley to Tacoma, WA. Unfortunately, the food upset my stomach, though I do have a sensitivity to additives. The neighboring store seemed to be doing well too.
