Around 1:30 p.m. on 7/11/22 I stopped at your store on Hilltop Drive on my way out of town. I ordered the #7 in a wrap. Once on the road , around 2 pm. I discovered that I had received the wrong order, it was a pastrami on bread loaded with veggies andlots of mayo, not my wrap. I'm sure the gentleman in front of me that actually ordered this sandwich was as disappointed as Iwas with receiving the wrong order and he may have actually returned to the store for a replacement. I was already 20 minutesinto my trip and didn't want to turn around. I called 7 different times between 2:15 and 7 p.m., nobody answered, only got arecording of hours to NOT leave a message and that the mailbox was full and was not accepting messages. And then a GOODBYE! Iwould like to at sometime in the near future receive a refund or a voucher for a replacement of the correct order. Your timelyresponse will be very much appreciated. Ordered a foot long Italian sub with cookies and stood at the register before the female employee started trying to charge me using the card method. I only have cash. She never once informed me beforehand that I wouldn 't be able to pay with cash. Notonly did I leave but three other customers who were outraged also left. Well there goes your tip! I said before leaving toanother sandwich place that accepts cash.
