I love this place! I've probably eaten here a dozen times in the last six months. Eating is much better than it has any right to be, service is great, and a wide selection of beers on tap. Minimax was definitely added to my rotation of large redding restaurants. Look at it! View all feedback.

Awesome food, staff is friendly, beer is cold. What else could you ask for? If your really hungry try the pesto chicken sandwich and the wings!!
Super great! We enjoy going there quite often!! And the girl, don't know her name, that has been there the last two times, is great!!!! She's so friendly and attentive to all the customers!!!
