I went to the Fall River Taphouse last Friday with my brother and husband and I just have to say Brent is amazing! Best service ever. He was able to help a full house all by himself. He was always one step ahead. Great beer and we got some awesome merch! We will be back next time we're in Redding! Also Tiffany came in at the end of our trip there and she was awesome too. Great service and great conversations.
Amazing brewery! Everyone was super friendly, from the staff to the patrons : We sat out in the patio and brought in some local pizza. Just a great evening with the family! Oh, and the beer was delicious! Had the Numb and Number and the Numb Numb Juice. Hazy, juicy, and so so smooth. Stop in, grab a pint or two... and don't forget the swag. They have a great selection of hats and other merchandise. Enjoy!
Small taproom with a good rotation on tap. A couple tables and bar seating available. TVs at the bar playing sports. Pretty impressed with all their hazy IPAS.
You don't have to like beer to like this beer. So...wow. I've recently learned that I like IPAs over lagers. I guess it is congruent with liking bold red wines versus the lighter reds. But if you really want something different and refreshing go in for their sour beers like the Sherbet IPA! It sold out while we were there! They are coming out with a tropical IPA next week so they say. I'm sure it will be good! You gotta do a flight to figure what you like. The flight was $12 for an equivalent what we assumed was 2 pints. The other great thing is you can bring food in. We ordered from the Hawaiian restaurant next door. Yummm. Go to my review about Niu Hawaiian BBQ to learn more. The patrons were local and seemed very familiar with the place. Broad age range. A great playlist from the mid 80s rock genre. Did they know me? While we were greeted and treated very well, the waiter did not help me understand the varieties of beers on the board. I am still a neophyte and so I struggled. Then when he bright the beer he assumed that I knew what an IBU was as he put it in that order. Thank God for smart phones and the internet. It is the bitterness factor. For me, the more bitter the better. With the exception of that amazing Sherbet sour IPA!!
