What Tom Porter doesn't like about Spices:
Ordered via Just Eat. With an ETA of 9pm. This restaurant doesn't operate on IST. As it should have been 4 hours early. However, it was more than an hour late. Good taste and smell, but the swimming pool of the curry in the bag makes for a real challenge to access your food. 1*. (Props to the chef, logistics needs work) View all feedback.
Really looking forward to Indian takeaway but I think they forgot to put the spices in. Looked lovely but tasteless.
From outside this Indian restaurant doesn’t look the most inviting.However once inside all your doubts are “ thrown out of the window!” Exceptionally well laid out restaurant , and with delightful staff, this made up to be a wonderful evening!Try the lamb shank.....delicious, also the chicken dishes were so fresh with exquisite spices!The wine list was good, a nice French rose on there, and although it wasn’t the cheapest of wine lists, the wines were served in the correct manner.Worth a look.
Great food served in a timely manner. It was hot and tasted beautiful. Small issue with the order was swiftly rectified and they were very apologetic... Can't say fairer than that!

Lovely food spiced delicately. Veggie dishes we had were all tasty. Only let down back lack of choice of wine. Merlot or nothing!
