However, once seated, we noticed a stairwell leading up where we could see an abundance of insects, giving the impression of poor hygiene. The staff were rude and had difficulty understanding our orders, often bringing out the wrong food. The dishes tasted stale and seemed reheated, lacking freshness. The restaurant had an unpleasant odor, making it unappealing. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone. It was a horrible experience.

The reheated... read more I ordered takeout tonight. The Malaysian chicken satay tasted like peanut butter mixed into gravy, not authentic satay. The chips were undercooked. The reheated rice and chicken wings had a strange taste. No one in my party enjoyed their meal. It was a disappointing experience considering this restaurant used to be great. It was a waste of money.

I have ordered it four times and only the first time was good; every other time it was burnt like charcoal. Despite informing the staff about my past experiences, they did not offer any compensation or solution. Even though I live nearby, I was still charged £5 for delivery, which was not what was advertised. Unfortunately, my latest order was once again overcooked and burnt. It's a shame, but I will be looking for a new Chinese restaurant to order from in the future.
