The security guard is extremely impolite and pushes people around. The manager, Pooja, is very disrespectful and incompetent at their job. The overall management is not good. The food was served cold and not properly cooked.
I have never been to this restaurant and I have no plans to visit. They do not take into consideration the needs of the local community, including those who have early morning commitments, as well as pets and children. They have fireworks almost every night, which continue past 23:00, violating the law. Just last night (Thurs 01 Sept), fireworks were still going off around 23:15. I could clearly hear them from my location near Hainault tube station. My heart goes out to the residents who are even closer to the venue.
This venue is incredibly inconsiderate. They set off extremely loud fireworks at 10:20 pm on a Sunday evening, causing distress to children, adults, and animals. There is no concern for the fact that this poses a fire risk to the local area. This has happened multiple times and we are fed up with it.
I went to charity Latino ball with friend's and family. It was a fantastic night of brilliant entertainment and fantastic food. The waiting staff were lovely.
I attended a Sikh wedding party here, the music, food and dancing were all fantastic!
