Sharod
Description
Sharod showcases a compelling mix of culinary delights but has sparked mixed feelings among patrons. Numerous diners praise the vibrant flavors and generous portions of its traditional Indian dishes. However, recent experiences have revealed inconsistencies in service and food quality. Some guests have reported delayed orders and subpar takeout, while others express disappointment regarding improper requests being overlooked. Despite these drawbacks, many loyal customers remain devoted to Sharod, citing the warm atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. With a seasoned chef and unique offerings, Sharod has the potential to reclaim its stellar reputation, provided it addresses service issues.

My family and I had a wonderful evening at Sharod. Despite being a small restaurant, the ambiance was cozy and inviting. The service was efficient as we were a group of eight. The food was delicious and served piping hot. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. To top it off, we were treated to a complimentary aperitif and chocolates at the end of our meal. The prices were reasonable and I would definitely return to Sharod in the future.
The food at this restaurant is delicious, the staff is very friendly, and the service is excellent. The curries are fantastic and the chef knows what they're doing. The prices are reasonable and parking is convenient.
Definitely my favourite Indian Restaurant! Food is real and tasty as well as being well sized portions and reasonably priced. Management and staff always very welcoming and a not rushed atmosphere! All in all a really good venue. If your in the area guys then try this place. Enjoy!
This place is no good. Price is too high for the kind of food served. Surprised they are still going.
Firstly the good points are that the service was good and the staff friendly. Sadly that’s where the good points end. The chicken tikka tasted like processed chicken, the madras sauce runny and flavourless. Now for the cost: 1 bottle of beer and 2 cokes £12.00. 2 main meals, 1 rice, 2 nan breads 1 portion onion Bhaji £36.00Sorry but I find £48.00 for 2 meals that are not good far too expensive. Will not be returning.
