A recent visit to Moldova Restaurant in London produced mixed reviews. While some praised the delicious Romanian cuisine and friendly service, others complained about cold, poorly cooked food, loud music, and changes in the quality of the dishes. The prices were deemed reasonable by some, but others felt it was overpriced. Decor was appreciated, but the overall experience left some patrons wanting more. Despite the mixed feedback, some customers vowed to return for the tasty traditional food and great service.

Was Alin at Moldova a mag?
I don 't really eat at Romanian restaurants because of the way Romanian patrons choose to do business. They bring the cheapest and worst products and offer them to customers at the price of good quality ones. Donuts at the price of caviar This restaurant is no exception, the cheapest and worst water in a plastic bottle sold at Aqua Carpatica 's glass bottle price. Only go if you have nowhere else to go. I don 't real... View all feedback.
What George S. Raptis dislikes about Moldova:
All food was cold,so poorly cooked. 1st item was hard to chew feeling like cold rubber and the garlic sauce that came with it was too salty for my health condition. The 2nd item rubbish. The dessert,3rd item, very cold no taste at all and very hard. View all feedback.
Food was okk even if we wait a while until was served.Waitress tried to cover the waiting time by flirting with my friend partner wich was visible disturbed and embarrassed .Not a very clever idea.
I am a big fan of Eastern European cuisine, and while most places in London offer traditional hearty dishes, this restaurant stands out. The service is top-notch, the food is beautifully presented and delicious. I highly recommend trying the Romanian doughnuts for dessert. They also have a great selection of Romanian wines at a very reasonable price, ranging from £15-20. We visited on a Thursday evening, and while it wasn't too busy, there were still a few other diners there.
Over £110 for 3, with service and just a bottle of wine and couple of drinks, so the food wasn't cheap. Mixed starters looked impressive but lamb and pork fillets were butterfly cut then mashed to smithereens by the meat tenderiser so completely lacked texture. very thinly bashed out to make them look bigger too. Probably 5oz each maybe 6. I pudding, dumpling was excellent as was the delightful service. Nice clean place but wouldn't go again, especially as we were the only people in there at 7:30 on a Thursday night. (except for staff)
Great food fantastic friendly and helpful staff fabulous music was great to see traditional dancing will definitely go back
