Luigi’s Restaurant, inaugurato nel 1991, è il secondo ristorante di famiglia aperto dallo chef e proprietario Luigi a Ilford, Essex. Unendo la sua passione per il cibo e la compagnia, questo locale italiano è parte integrante della comunità da oltre 25 anni. Nato e cresciuto a Napoli, nel sud Italia, Luigi porta ancora oggi in tavola le ricette tramandate di generazione in generazione, soprattutto dalla madre. La sua esperienza nasce oltre trent’anni fa, con l’apertura del primo ristorante “Rosella” a Seven Kings nel 1978. Nel 1991 ha dato vita a “Luigi’s” a Gants Hill, Ilford, mantenendo sempre fede agli ideali di cucina italiana fatta in casa e tradizionale. Gran parte del successo di Luigi’s deriva dalla continua ricerca degli ingredienti migliori: per questo coltivano personalmente erbe aromatiche e verdure, ma importano anche prodotti direttamente dalla fattoria dei genitori di Luigi in Italia, garantendo così autenticità e freschezza in ogni piatto.

Excellent venue for our private gathering. Friendly, good food from a prearranged menu, with nice wines to complement the meal.
Loved my birthday party, the food is amazing, the food came very quick and good size portions. Thank you for the lovely time.
I have not eaten in Luigi's for quite some time, so I was glad to put that right. The service was marvellous with my table being serviced well by a very attentive host. The food was served to ones liking in a timely fashion and tasted delicious. This family run business is both cosy and friendly with an extensive menu that caters to all palates. I will definitely not leave it so long until my next visit.
