Description

At the Penge KFC, customers are experiencing a concerning trend of dissatisfaction. Issues range from incomplete orders to subpar food quality, with several patrons describing meals as inedible, citing dry chicken and bland sides. Service also leaves much to be desired, as many report a lack of courtesy from staff, particularly management, who appear unhelpful and rude. The restaurant's cleanliness adds to the unfavorable atmosphere, leaving diners questioning the priorities of the establishment. While the food might impress some, the overall experience has deterred many, leading to a collective decision not to return soon.

Ordered to sit in. Greeted by an irate helmet wearing delivery driver kicking a drinks can towards us at the door and a teenager running out. Found one clean table. Had to wait 15 minutes for food whilst delivery drivers were in and out. Had to go back to complain as the order was incomplete and then had staff member asking for our receipt. Unfortunately, there was no paper in their machine to print receipts!! Three tables had people not eating at all but sitting there for no reason at all. The food was tasty but the restaurant was not clean and needs to decide who is most important paying customers, people just sitting there not eating or delivery drivers. Won’t be eating there again soon

Awful time at KFC in Penge.Asked for fillet burger and chips.Told it was £4.68.Paid the money.Looked up at the board and realised for one penny more I could have got a drink as well!! When I asked why I wasn’t offered this ...was told you didn’t ask for it. Food was truly awful...chicken was dried up...basically inedible. Had to ask for napkins and salt. Truly awful experience....will not return.

The woman working at this restaurant was incredibly rude. She completely ignored me when I tried to pay with cash, and appeared too lazy to process my payment through the till. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.

I spoke with the manager about the chicken and told him I needed chicken legs, but he informed me they were out of stock. He was very rude and did not know how to speak to customers. This person should not be a manager.
