I was a regular customer here but terrible food and customer service means I will never buy from them again. I dumped the salad onto my plate and after eating some of it, I realised there was a live snail both in my plate and in the salad box. Manager refused to give me any money back at all even though I had to tip my whole meal into the bin and had a very dismissive attitude saying 'don 't order from us again if yo... View all feedback.

Nice Turkish kebab shop in chigwell, friendly staff. fresh and tasty kebabs and other dishes. use to eat here almost every week.
We've ordered the mixed grill several times and it's ALWAYS been great. We had the halloumi also tonight which was very nice as well as the hummus. Thanks again for a fab dinner!
