I walked into the store and was impressed by the large shoe display. I was pleasantly surprised to find that she had created a stunning array of beautiful displays above it. Very cool!
Had an excellent experience working with McKenna at this location! We arrived shortly before closing knowing the exact boots we were looking for. She promptly and professionally helped us find the pair, ensured they fit properly and got us checked out and on our way. Hope to work with her again soon!
I absolutely love the customer service at this company! They responded quickly to my concerns and assured me they would replace my shoes. They even sent me a prepaid shipping label to return the damaged pair. Now, I'm just waiting for the update once I receive my replacement. As for why we choose Redwing boots, the answer is simple: we want a quality shoe that lasts longer and provides better protection. This is why we are willing to pay more. Most of my shoes are Redwings. When I noticed that my shoes, bought less than a year ago, were damaged at the back on both sides, I went to the store where I purchased them. Unfortunately, they informed me they couldn't assist me since it had been over six months. Frustrated, I decided to contact the company's office directly. They answered on the second ring, took my information right away, and requested that I send pictures via email. I'm eager to see how they resolve this issue!
We have thrown a few boots that are needed to attract new soles (my man loves his work shoe). We decided to buy their outlet at the bottom and we both left with a new pair of boots at about 40% outside normal retail. The staff was helpful in measuring our feet to ensure that we have the right size and width. We also decided to try a pair of their lifetime warranty socks, but it can take a while until we know how well they hold.
Nice to see the world's largest boots. It has a cute self-guided tour. That was funny. I love seeing the history of things and seeing how things are done. If you do, look at this place. I treated myself to funny little articles to take home to remember this visit.
