Visited with my husband and another couple on a Sunday afternoon, sat near the fireplace and watched a great football game. We shared nachos and wings, all very good, and enjoyed several beers. They have a great drink selection and the prices are very reasonable! It's a great place to watch a hockey, football or soccer game on a week-end and enjoy some really good food. View all feedback.

We arrived mid afternoon. The place was not too busy - 7 tables. Our server, Jessy, came with an attitude. Slow. So slow that when our food was ready she was sadly not, so our food was cold when it arrived. Tasty, but cold. When we told her this she seemed offended. As we settled into a booth around 10:30pm on Thursday, August 10th, a server approached us. The first thing she said was that they were out of wings and drink specials. Her attitude was dismissive and it felt like she couldn't be bothered to assist us. It seemed like she would rather us leave than make us feel comfortable in the restaurant. It was clear that she did not care about serving us.
The Maui ribs are fantastic, sweet and smokey.The soups here are always a good choice, today's was beef stroganoff and I believe they use brisket in it, the flavor was top notch.
The staff are great. The food is average pub food. The beers were barely below room temp. And the hanging sign outside should be updated to reflect proper beer pricing.
I tried the beef dip with a couple of beers at this restaurant and found it to be quite good overall. The service was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the building was really nice. I would recommend checking it out!
The food was incredibly tasty. The Bacon Cowboy Caesar and Red Friar Truck Ale were the perfect accompaniments to our meal. The pet-friendly patio was fantastic. The service we received was exceptional.

She must have felt a tad responsible because she offered a small reduction on the bill, which also seemed to take a while. The shame in it is the food was tasty, but the service and price of the food left a bitter taste. Too many places in this town to go to bother giving it another shot.
This was a solid joint earlier, but how many places in central alberta seems to have gone downhill. our latest experience will be ours.
