Tacotime Kildonan Place - Red Deer

It was really difficult to order speaker was really hard to hear. They tries to charge me for 2 meals when I ordered 1. There was no cheese sauce on my Mexi-fry deluxe the tater tots werent cooked tasted like raw uncooked potatoes. My taco was completely split when I unwrapped it so everything fell out. The wrap itself was dried out and brittle I will not be coming back it's not at all what it use to be

No smile, hi, how are ya and no hot sauce with my mexi fries that I specifically asked for. ???? However, I did receive my mexi fries quickly.

I go to TacoTime frequently, this was the first time at this location. Very disappointed! No paper towels in bathroom, wet toilet seat, drinks are watery, cheese sauce running and tasteless, taco chips stale.

We had our hot food out to us in no time, the staff were Super accommodating! Great service, kind people& clean store.. didn?t get the name of the cashier- but he definitely went over and above for our family!! Thank you!

The staff here are quite friendly, but once again, I am disappointed with the quality of the food in the evening. There needs to be some quality control in place. The beef doesn’t even resemble real beef, and it's only 7 PM. There are still two hours left to serve customers, and this is the food being offered. It’s barely edible, and I genuinely can’t believe this food isn’t expired. It seems like timers are not being monitored, which raises real food safety concerns.
