While I found the food a bit under-seasoned, it's understandable given the extensive hot sauce bar available for customizing the flavor of your dishes. I was sharing my meal with my toddler, so I didn't get the chance to try the extremely spicy sauces, but what we did sample was quite good. Just make sure to check the labels to confirm they are gluten-free. The prices are on the higher side, but it's great to find a place where you can enjoy a hearty gluten-free meal while heading to Calgary.

I’m not usually a fan of corn tortillas, but these were exceptional. The meat, toppings, and Saskatoon mango salsa were all delightful!
