Showed up at 10:30 today with it supposed to be closing at 11. Doors were locked and open sign was off. Employees inside completely ignored me knocking on the door as they were closing up.If you cant stay open till 11, change your posted hours. On the door AND on your google page it says 11. Very clean and very fast service. The crew are fast, experienced and friendly. Drive-thru is fast.
Today there was a piece of broken glass in my sub that I bit into. They refunded me and offered a free sub but I didn’t have the appetite for it.
The person making my sandwich seemed annoyed that I was there and ripped my bun into pieces, saying it was ripped because of the type of bread it was. But she didn’t get a new bun, she just wrapped it up while I was distracted with my kids and charged me full price for something I can’t even hold in my hands. This was a terrible experience and a terrible meal. Also both bathrooms were “unavailable” and my kids needed them. Thanks for nothing.
Probably to he best subway I have ever been in. Super clean, super fast and friendly service, and everything for once was fresh and shelves were stocked.
