I have been a fan for many years all over Alberta. Unfortunately, I have to admit the service at this location is BRUTAL! I like to stop for coffee on my way to work and this Second Cup is the only location that is convenient. The atmosphere is quaint and the coffee is hot but I have had numerous problems with the service in the early mornings. For a few examples: - Completely understaffed on many occasssions- The drive thru takes FOREVER - my order is always a simple coffee- Overcharged & given the wrong order- Inside I found it no better - the girls stood there chatting with each other as I stood there waiting to get served (on more than one occasion). - the doors were not unlocked and it was already 7 minutes beyond what the sign on the door said. I have never written such a horrible review for any location but I had had enough with this Second Cup location and they have got enough on my money. I get better service at my local Mac's Convenient Store.

There is really nothing better than friendly staff in the morning! Coffee was excellent.
